WHERE WE DELIVER

The web-site automatically recognizes the country from which you are connecting.

You can change the country of shipment by clicking the Country of shipment link at the bottom of the page. A purchase should be made directly on the website of the country where the products will be delivered.

Please make sure that you have given the correct shipping address when placing the order. The address cannot be changed once the products are shipped.

Orders made from a country different from the one you are shipping to, or to addresses to which we are unable to ship (hold mail, P.O.Boxes) will be automatically cancelled.   

TIMES AND COSTS OF DELIVERY

The orders are delivered by our shipping partner DHL Express. Please, contact our customer service for further information on the times and costs of delivery. 

TRACKING THE DELIVERY

You may track the delivery of your order by using the Tracking Number which you can find either in My Order or in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Registered users can also check the status of their orders in My Account.

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times.
Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.

INSURANCE

FС&FC insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any items delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased items passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

RETURNS

Please be aware that cosmetics and fragrances of acceptable quality purchased at fcandfc.com cannot be exchanged or returned.  

If you are not fully satisfied with the purchase of Clothing (except for lingerie and hosiery), Shoes, Bags or Accessories, you have the right to return them.

RETURN POLICY

FС&FC has facilitated the return procedure to make your online shopping experience pleasant.  You can return items purchased at FС&FC within 30 days from the delivery date. Please follow the steps below to return your purchase: 

  • Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in the original package. Clothes must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
  • Complete the online Return form within 10 days from the delivery date in order to get a Return Number.
  • Make sure that you have completed all the forms correctly and have enclosed all the documents necessary for the customs. According to the customs requirements, all the documents must be in English in order to be used by customs authority both in the country of dispatch (for export) and France (for import). FC&FC recommends you to address local customs authority or the selected shipping service and make sure that you have all the required documents.
  • Send the box with the merchandise you wish to return using any courier service.  The returned items are shipped at your own expense. You must choose a courier service that will be able to deliver the returned items to FC&FC warehouse within 30 days from the delivery of your order. The items should be returned to the following address:

Please, note: you have to provide the courier service with 5 copies of the invoice that can be found in the delivered box.  These documents are required for the customs processing that is why we kindly ask you not to put the invoices inside the box. You can fill out the forms here.

Notes:
- FС&FC does not exchange items.  

- FС&FC has the right not to accept the returned items if they are delivered to the FC&FC warehouse after the 30-day period or if the items are not returned in the same condition as they were received in.   

 - FС&FC refunds costs of the returned items and the original shipping costs only if the items are returned for the following reasons:  the product is different from the description given by the merchant, the product has manufacturing defects or it was delivered by mistake.    

- You must send your return from the same Country in which you placed your order. 

- If your return does not meet the conditions listed or if the required customs documents are missing, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you. You can receive the returned items back at your own expense and in the same condition in which they were sent by you to FC&FC. If you do not wish to receive the items in the same condition in which they were returned, FC&FC has the right to keep these items without the refund.  

Your return will be processed within 7 days upon receipt by the FC&FC warehouse.

REFUND

After our warehouse has received your return and verified that all the conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Refund times depend on the payment method used when purchasing.

Credit or Debit Card: refund times will depend on the Card company’s policies. We assure you that the currency date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees.
